Position Purpose: As a warm and enthusiastic host, you will be the primary source of information for our members, helping to create a fun and energetic atmosphere. Core Purpose: To develop loyal, lifelong fans and dedicated exercise practitioners. Key Responsibilities: Greet members and guests with friendliness and professionalism. Offer comprehensive information on gym services, programs, and membership options. Swiftly and respectfully address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Manage check-in processes efficiently using the gym's management system. Monitor and respond to check-in alerts promptly. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items accurately. Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of members and staff. Oversee and track inventory for beverages and gym items. Maintain cleanliness through regular inspections and upkeep of locker rooms and restrooms. Qualifications: Experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred. A strong interest or background in the fitness industry is a plus. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Able to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using gym management software. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required. Alignment with our Core Values is essential! Requirements: CPR certification required within 30 days of hiring. Mandatory training attendance required within 30 days of employment. Compliance with all company policies and operational procedures is necessary. Able to work in a gym setting, with mobility across various areas and effective communication with members and staff. Capability to lift over 40 lbs. and perform routine bending. Competent in using computer systems for document preparation, data entry, and reporting.
