Your Role: In this role, you will be at the forefront of our wastewater treatment services, guiding the development and improvement of processes and concepts that align with our commitment to water quality. Your expertise will be crucial in mentoring teams and ensuring the highest standard of technical excellence. Key Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert in wastewater treatment, providing internal and external advisory services to enhance technical capabilities. Deliver firmwide direction and specialized services, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Produce and review compliance documentation and reports to ensure regulatory alignment. Maintain a strong reputation in the industry through writing, presentations, and active participation in professional societies. Drive efficiencies in project execution and uphold rigorous quality control standards. Research and analyze emerging wastewater technologies and trends to deliver insights and recommendations. Build lasting relationships with key industry stakeholders to stay abreast of developments and potential collaborations. Lead and manage wastewater projects from conception to implementation, inclusive of detailed planning and budget management. This is a remote position, with opportunities available across various states. What We Look For: A passion for collaboration and community impact. Demonstrated strong communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; a Master's in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering is highly preferred. Must possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license. 12+ years of experience in water/wastewater process engineering. Proficient in wastewater treatment, modeling, and regulatory compliance. Experience in mentoring and leading teams effectively. An innovative and proactive problem solver. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
