At Landmark Apartments, a 94-unit LIHTC community, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and resident-oriented Property Manager to spearhead our on-site operations. You'll play a crucial role at our property by welcoming residents, organizing community events, and ensuring Landmark feels like home for everyone. Your Key Responsibilities Drive leasing efforts by conducting tours and enthusiastically welcoming new residents with professional energy. Plan and host exciting resident events that foster community engagement and connection. Manage the on-site team by hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling to maintain seamless property operations. Oversee maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion of work orders to uphold a safe and well-maintained community. Monitor and manage budgets, track financial performance, and collaborate with vendors to meet property goals. Ensure adherence to housing regulations and company policies while providing an exceptional living experience for residents. What Makes You a Great Fit Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service; a background in affordable housing or property management is an advantage. A friendly, professional demeanor that makes you approachable—residents and colleagues appreciate working with you. Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage both interpersonal interactions and administrative tasks effectively. A genuine enthusiasm for community building and creating positive experiences for residents. Strong leadership qualities to guide your team and ensure smooth operational flow.
