About the Opportunity We are on the lookout for a Master Data Management Senior Consultant to join our innovative Analytics and Data team. In this vital role, you will guide clients in defining and implementing robust data management strategies using leading-edge technology solutions. Your Role Will Include: Designing and executing comprehensive data governance frameworks that align with client business goals. Collaborating with stakeholders to develop analytics solutions that yield measurable business outcomes. Conducting detailed maturity assessments to boost organizational data management capabilities. Crafting innovative solutions to complex data challenges, including designing architecture for master data management software. Evaluating methodologies and criteria to facilitate informed decision-making. Helping clients create a holistic data governance strategy focused on data quality, master data management, AI/ML readiness, and integration with ERP and CRM systems. Implementing advanced data quality tools and processes to ensure data integrity across various infrastructures. Gathering requirements and collaborating with system analysts to develop detailed source-to-target mappings. Performing extensive data evaluations before migrating to data warehouses and creating technical specifications that align with business requirements. Managing multiple projects concurrently while delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. Willingness to travel to client locations regularly to build strong connections with key stakeholders. Skills and Attributes for Success: Deep understanding of data privacy and governance principles. Experience with enterprise strategy and data management. Proficiency in metadata management and ontology design. Exceptional communication skills for translating complex data concepts into clear, understandable information. Emotional intelligence to collaborate effectively in hybrid environments. Awareness of emerging industry trends with the ability to share insights with clients. Strong foundation in benchmark design, development, and delivery. Familiarity with cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure. Leadership capabilities to convey complex topics and drive business success. Research skills that yield insights into industry standards and technology evaluations. Expertise in Data Privacy and Master Data Management. Comprehensive understanding of Data Governance and Enterprise Strategy. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Advanced Data Analytics, or a related technical field. A minimum of 3 years' experience with Master Data Management tools, such as SAP MDG or Informatica MDM. Experience with ERP implementation, especially complete SAP implementation cycles, including SAP MDG. At least 3 years of relevant experience in master data management software. Solid grasp of Data Governance principles. Experience with Enterprise IT Architecture. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel internationally for client engagements. A proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement. Ideally, You Will Also Have: Experience in complex problem-solving and critical thinking. A history of achieving results through collaboration. Familiarity with digital tools and hybrid collaboration environments. Here is what we provide: A comprehensive compensation and benefits package that reflects your performance and contributions. The U.S. base salary range is between $106,900 and $176,500, with specific ranges for major areas like New York City, Washington State, and California ranging from $128,400 to $200,600. Salary determination factors include education, experience, skills, and location. A hybrid model allowing 40-60% in-person collaboration during client engagements.
