W2 Responsibilities: Lead program management for specialty pharmacy network contracting initiatives, focusing on exclusive and limited network strategies. Coordinate RFI/RFP processes, vendor engagement, evaluation workflows, and implementation planning. Develop contract management timelines, track progress, and implement risk mitigation plans. Collaborate with legal, contracting, and pharmacy leadership to support contract exhibit development and operational readiness. Coordinate cross-functional efforts among pharmacy, provider contracting, finance, analytics, and external partners. Establish governance structures, reporting cadences, and provide executive-level status updates. Identify and resolve operational barriers across departments and vendor partners. Develop implementation roadmaps for new pharmacy contracting models and network design changes. Oversee implementation readiness activities such as claims configuration and vendor integration. Assess project risks, create contingency plans, and adapt to changing risk conditions. Support transition planning for legacy programs as new contracting models are introduced. Create executive-level dashboards summarizing initiative status, risks, and milestones. Represent the organization in meetings with external parties and manage vendor service delivery. Assist with analyzing and improving business processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop escalation processes to effectively address issues and concerns. Experience Requirements: 5+ years of experience in contract management within healthcare or insurance. Experience with provider networks and health plan contracting. Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams and manage vendor relationships. Experience establishing governance and executive-level reporting structures. Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and implementation planning. Knowledge of pharmacy or specialty pharmacy is preferred. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
