Warehouse Operators - Sort - 1st shift

Warehouse Operators Monday - Friday - 1st shift - 8am to 4:30pm Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operators to support our production and supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for efficient receiving, processing, labeling, inventory control, and stocking of materials, as well as coordinating timely deliveries within the facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining warehouse accuracy and supporting the continuous flow of materials to production. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure within a manufacturing environment and develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills to advance your career in operations or production support. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and validate incoming materials and components against purchase orders and Bill of Materials (BOM) specifications to ensure accuracy and quality compliance. Strategically organize and manage warehouse layout, optimizing storage locations for efficient space utilization and streamlined material flow. Serve as a point of contact for resolving issues related to material requisitions, inventory discrepancies, back orders, and shipment variances. Ensure inventory accuracy through real-time updates using ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS). Coordinate the transfer, stocking, and staging of materials to support production lines, R&D, and field operations. Oversee and maintain stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing material shortages or excess. Demonstrated experience in statistical analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies to support process improvement and operational efficiency. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Exceptional attention to detail with proven problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, high-precision environment. Experience in Microsoft Excel is required. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED strongly preferred; candidates with prior experience without the preferred education will be considered. Must be able to read tape measure, work instructions, and other documents. Must follow safety protocols and wear PPE properly and GMP.
