Senior React Native Lead Engineer

Job Description Our client is seeking a Senior React Native Lead Engineer responsible for defining the mobile architecture, guiding engineering teams, and delivering scalable cross-platform applications for iOS and Android. Must Have skills 8+ years of mobile development with strong React Native expertise Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React ecosystem Experience designing scalable cross-platform mobile architecture Strong experience integrating REST APIs and backend services Experience leading code reviews, architecture decisions, and engineering standards Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and mobile deployment Nice to have skills Experience with native development (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C) Experience with state management frameworks (Redux, MobX, Context API) Experience with mobile analytics and monitoring tools Experience with performance optimization for mobile applications Experience building enterprise mobile solutions Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Responsibilities Define and lead mobile architecture for React Native applications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mobile engineers. Establish coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices. Collaborate with product, backend, DevOps, and design teams to deliver scalable solutions. Ensure applications meet performance, reliability, and security requirements. Guide technical planning, code reviews, and architecture decisions. Additional information Design reusable components and scalable application architecture. Oversee integration of APIs, third-party services, and backend systems. Drive performance optimization and mobile reliability improvements.
