Job Description: Key Responsibilities: • Strong hands-on design engineering experience, with proven capability to lead end-to-end design change and design transfer projects from a technical standpoint (beyond QMS/process execution). • Ability to understand and interpret transferred designs, including critical design specifications, requirements, and interfaces. • Experience validating designs in lab environments or MR bays, ensuring requirements are met without introducing system level risks or issues. • Capability to address ATE-related topics, including support for or review of new ATE development as part of design transfer activities. • Solid electrical engineering background, with the role based in or near Milwaukee, WI. • Collaborate effectively within engineering and cross-functional teams.
