PRN RN/LPN

RN/LPN The Carriages of Rochester is growing our TEAM and we are looking for exceptional individuals to fill RN/LPN position. The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality, holistic nursing care in accordance with nursing practice of professional nursing. You will lead licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions. Working with Memory Care is a must. Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort, and release instructions. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as licensed nurse. Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team. Familiarity with assisted living procedures. Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices. Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology. Knowledge of Point Click Care. Good Physical condition and stamina.
