Blender 6 Fk Operator Location: BOLINGBROOK, IL 60490 Pay Rate: $22.62/hr Shift: 3rd Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to support the Blender department in a production environment. This role is responsible for operating material handling equipment to supply raw materials to Blender Operators and assist with inventory management. Associates will work in a fast-paced food production environment while following safety, quality, and GMP guidelines. Responsibilities Operate forklift equipment to move and transport raw materials throughout the facility. Supply raw materials to Blender Operators as needed for production. Verify that all raw materials are properly labeled and approved before use. Perform inventory checks and track items following FIFO procedures. Store raw materials in the correct warehouse locations. Conduct inbound truck and product inspections. Ensure order accuracy and lot traceability. Follow GMP, safety, and food quality procedures at all times. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Previous forklift experience required. Ability to follow FIFO and GMP procedures in a production environment. Basic math and counting skills required. Ability to read and write and follow instructions. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds safely when needed. Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety guidelines. Steel-toe shoes and proper PPE required.
