Customer Care Specialist LovelySkin is searching for our next Customer Care Specialist to join a friendly and welcoming team! Bring your passion for helping others, the beauty industry, and all-things skin care to LovelySkin. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the voice of LovelySkin, fielding real-time calls, e-mails and live chat from customers across the globe. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to gather a wide array of product knowledge in order to best serve our expansive customer base. Your tips, recommendations, and insight can have a direct influence on every customer that you encounter! Working in a fast-paced environment and being a committed team player Success troubleshooting and resolving all customer service inquiries or issues Continuously creating positive relationships with customers Investing fully in our customer's goals and needs Using our provided resources to best find solutions to customer's questions Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and online chat daily Assisting with any product specific questions Saturday is required Hybrid schedule offered after one year About you: 1-3 years of experience in a call center role or a customer sales & service position. Retail experience is a plus! Positive, friendly attitude with excellent client service and communication skills Ability to work a set schedule, with required overtime, weekends, and flexibility required during peak seasons High-level phone skills while performing operational activities, such as inventory control, shipping, and return procedures Strong passion for all things Beauty and Skin Care, including staying on top of industry trends Bilingual is a plus but not a must LovelyGroup is pleased to offer these great perks: Quick access to exceptional health, dental and vision coverage.
