Youll play a key role in preparing competitive bids, analyzing drawings/specifications, and collaborating with project managers and engineers to deliver successful outcomes. We are looking for: 5-10 years electrical estimating experience with an electrical contractor Must be commutable to Manhattan Responsibilities: Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and requirements Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment Work closely with the project management team to develop bid strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients Support ongoing projects with change orders, pricing, and budget tracking Whats on Offer: Salary $120,000 - $165,000 dependent on experience Annual performance bonuses ($10k$25k) Full union benefits package: medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and vacation Additional 5 paid personal/sick days provided by the employer Structured career progression opportunities and annual salary reviews Flexible working hours: standard 8-hour day (7 straight time + 1 hour OT) with commuter-friendly scheduling
