This role includes preparing surfaces, masking, coating, curing, and inspecting parts to ensure a high-quality, durable finish. The position requires attention to detail, knowledge of coating techniques, and adherence to safety and production standards. Key Responsibilities :Prepare metal parts through cleaning, sanding, and masking.Apply powder coatings using spray guns and curing ovens.Inspect coated items for evenness, color match, and finish quality.Maintain coating equipment and work area cleanliness.Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations.Meet daily production schedules and quality targets. Qualifications :Experience with powder coating equipment and techniques.Basic understanding of metal types and surface prep methods.Ability to read work orders and follow instructions.
