Job Description Job Description Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Primary Care / Internal Medicine Be Well Primary Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Primary Care and Internal Medicine team. This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff in a supportive practice environment. Providers will deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, managing both acute and chronic conditions. Clinic Locations Be Well Primary Care currently operates clinics in the following locations:AllianceAzleBridgeportDentonKeller We are also expanding and plan to open additional locations in Saginaw and Argyle in the coming months. Candidates may indicate their preferred clinic location when applying. This position does not require routine travel between locations. ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and treat acute, episodic, and chronic illnessesPerform comprehensive physical examinations and assessmentsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansPrescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state and federal regulationsOrder and interpret diagnostic tests and lab resultsProvide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patientsCoordinate and facilitate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providersCollaborate and communicate effectively with supervising or collaborating physicians regarding patient careMaintain timely, accurate, and complete medical documentation in the electronic health recordAdhere to all clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements QualificationsActive Texas licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantPrevious experience in primary care, internal medicine, or a related clinical setting preferredAbility to build strong rapport and maintain effective relationships with patientsStrong clinical judgment and decision-making skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProfessional demeanor and commitment to high-quality patient care Schedule and CompensationFull-time opportunities availableSchedule and compensation are competitive and based on experience Be Well Primary Care is an equal opportunity employer.
