Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding Operational Services is looking for a Facilities (Workplace) Coordinator to join our Workplace team. The Workplace team is a fast-paced, service-focused group dedicated to creating workplaces where employees feel supported, safe, and able to do their best work. As a Coordinator on the Workplace team you will serve as an in-office Facilities/Front Desk/Security Coordinator as key point of contact for employees, visitors, guests, and vendors while helping keep our workplace running smoothly each day. You'll support front desk operations, answer and route incoming phone calls, fulfill facilities needs, assist with basic security functions, and help ensure our spaces remain welcoming, organized, and well maintained. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized in a dynamic environment, and taking pride in creating a positive workplace experience. This role will report to Workplace Manager. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, welcoming employees, guests, vendors, and visitors while providing helpful, professional support. Coordinate day-to-day workplace and facilities needs, including responding to requests, assisting with vendors, and helping maintain organized, functional office spaces. Support basic security and safety operations by monitoring building activity, assisting with access needs, and helping maintain a safe workplace environment. Assist with workplace logistics such as deliveries, office support needs, and general coordination that helps the office run smoothly each day. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and professional experience for employees, visitors, and vendors. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to use sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and respond calmly and effectively to workplace or security-related situations. Proficiency with common workplace technology (email, ticketing systems, scheduling tools, and office software) and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Growth mindset with the ability to be proactive, take preventative measures and problem solve. Ability to walk the office, lift light packages, and perform routine physical tasks. Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, must comply with all driving laws. Facilities, front desk, security, hospitality and/or office operations experience are strongly preferred. (2-3 years) Basic computer proficiency (email, phone systems, shipping platforms). Preferred Ability to build relationships organically and authentically across all levels of the organization. Ability to be flexible in the needs of the job and in daily tasks. We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $49,920 -- $72,592 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses.
