Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $16-18 Hourly Start Date: Mar 23, 2026 ONSITE in Cumberland, RI 5 days per week We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a critical support capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and processing vital information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within our operational systems. You will contribute to key projects by providing essential data support, helping to maintain the seamless flow of information that underpins our services. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact through precise data handling and robust organizational support, all within a dynamic and collaborative environment. What you will do: Perform data entry using internal systems, with comprehensive hands-on training provided.Open and process incoming mail efficiently.Organize correspondence to ensure easy retrieval and accurate record-keeping.Enter receipts into relevant systems, maintaining financial accuracy.Provide essential support for critical patient and record information systems, ensuring data integrity and privacy in accordance with strict guidelines. Required Skills & Experience: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.Proficiency in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong multitasking abilities to manage various tasks effectively.Previous experience with affiliated entities is not a prerequisite. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $16 to $18 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
