About the Opportunity:Shift: Flexible within clinic hoursSchedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMHours: Full-timeSetting: Outpatient community health clinicResponsibilities:The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will be responsible for:Performing comprehensive physical exams and health assessmentsDiagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditionsOrdering and interpreting laboratory tests and diagnostic imagingPrescribing medications and managing treatment plansProviding wellness visits, screenings, and immunizationsQualifications:Minimum 1 year of clinical experienceMaster's or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)Active New York RN and Nurse Practitioner licenseBoard Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)Experience with EMR systems, specifically Athena HealthMedicare/Medicaid credentialing requiredStrong communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-based environmentBilingual Spanish preferredDesired Skills:2+ years of experience in relevant settingExperience in primary care or community health settingsSpanish language proficiencyStrong organizational skillsPassion for community engagement and education
