Customer Service Representative We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join a high-volume call center supporting healthcare-related inquiries. This role involves handling inbound calls, conducting follow-up outreach when needed, and accurately documenting information across multiple systems. Candidates must be detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls (approximately 50-100 daily, depending on complexity) Answer questions related to prior authorizations, general healthcare inquiries, and confidential information Conduct follow-up outbound calls as necessary Accurately enter and update information across multiple programs and systems Maintain strong quality and accuracy scores Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment Top Skills & Experience Required 1+ year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2-3 years) Strong healthcare, medical, or pharmacy-related customer service experience Typing speed of 30+ WPM Solid computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems Stable job history (no "jumpy" resumes) Additional Submission Requirements Dubbed resume Lockdown form (completed and attached) Phone number & email address Indicate if they: Have a pharmacy technician certification Are bilingual IKM test scores, including: Typing Test - One Space Version (1 minute) Call Center - Telephone Skills Call Center Listening Assessment Work Environment & Growth This role offers significant opportunities for long-term career growth. Many contractors have successfully transitioned to permanent roles and advanced into departments such as IT, Prior Authorization, Claims, as well as leadership roles including Trainers, Team Leads, and Supervisors. Schedule & Training Availability: Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00 AM-10:00 PM A set schedule will be assigned within these hours Training: 4 weeks, Monday-Friday Hours: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (aligned with the Michigan team) Training includes 4 tests; trainees must maintain a 90% average Participation, note-taking, and completing worksheets are key to success Important: Mandatory overtime in January and February After training, candidates participate in a shift bid, based on test scores and performance during training Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
