Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Location: Fleming Island, FL // Orange Park, FL (Onsite – Outpatient Clinic) Job Type: Full-Time (Permanent / Direct Hire) Pay: From $24.00 - $38.00 per hour (Based on experience) About the Facility Rebound Rehabilitation is an outpatient physical therapy clinic focused on providing high-quality, hands-on patient care. The team consists of experienced clinicians committed to helping patients improve functional movement, mobility, and overall well-being. Position Overview The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver individualized treatment programs. The role involves direct patient care, documentation, manual therapy, exercise instruction, and patient education. Schedule Full-Time Standard outpatient clinic hours Work Location: In-Person (Orange Park, FL) Responsibilities Collect patient assessment data as part of evaluation under PT supervision Administer treatment interventions such as: Manual Therapy Therapeutic Exercise Functional Movement Training Document progress accurately in patient records Provide and reinforce Home Exercise Programs (HEP) for continued progress Supervise Physical Therapy Aides as needed to maintain treatment quality Assist PT in measuring and evaluating patient progress Requirements Active Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License – Required Minimum 6 months experience in an Outpatient Physical Therapy setting To Apply: Email your resume to or call 904-579-8555
