We're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead high-impact behavioral support and help strengthen student success. Location: Delaware County, PA Role Type: Full-time, On-site Role Overview The BCBA delivers behavior-analytic expertise to IEP teams, classrooms, teachers, and students within DCIU programs and Delaware County schools. This role leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of behavior intervention plans and instructional programs grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The BCBA also provides supervision, coaching, and performance evaluation for RBTs, Crisis Managers, and PCAs assigned through contracting agencies. Key Responsibilities -Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and produce comprehensive reports. -Develop and monitor Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) using evidence-based ABA practices. -Create instructional programs to teach new skills, strengthen positive behaviors, and maintain acquired skills. -Build and oversee data-collection systems to track student progress and inform decision-making. -Provide direct behavioral support to individual students, small groups, or classrooms across Pre-K through Grade 12. -Offer ongoing consultation to teachers, administrators, school teams, and district partners. -Participate in IEP meetings to present assessment findings, PBSPs, and progress updates. -Collaborate with contracting agencies to ensure PCAs align with student behavior plans and program expectations. -Provide parent training on behavior strategies and supports. -Train staff on FBAs, PBSPs, ABA principles, and implementation fidelity. -Supervise and support RBTs, PCAs, Paraprofessionals, Crisis Managers, and ABA practicum students. -Conduct annual performance evaluations for RBTs and Crisis Managers. -Deliver professional development for certified and non-certified staff on ABA and evidence-based behavioral practices. -Serve as a mentor or advisor in areas aligned with ABA expertise and credentialing. -Maintain documentation required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). -Uphold ethical, professional, and regulatory standards in all recommendations and practices. -Maintain CEU requirements and stay current with ABA research and regulatory updates. -Complete and maintain Safety Care Train-the-Trainer certification. -Participate in internal meetings, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. Required Qualifications -Master's degree from a qualifying institution meeting BCBA certification requirements. -Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. -Meets BACB supervision standards for Exam Candidates and maintains eligibility throughout employment. Preferred Qualifications -Safety Care Train-the-Trainer certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). -Experience working with diverse disabilities and student needs. -Experience delivering staff training and clinical supervision.
