This is a part-time role with a unique rotating schedule-two weeks on, two weeks off-averaging about 25 hours per week. It's a great fit if you're looking for flexibility and work-life balance! Play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by picking up and delivering interoffice mail and parcels-including Travel Store merchandise, equipment, and supplies-throughout your assigned AAACP region. You'll ensure all items reach the designated hub on time and with great care. Essential Functions: Safely operate a company vehicle to complete scheduled pickups and deliveries while providing friendly, professional service at every stop. Handle and transport fragile, valuable, and confidential items with care and attention to security. Follow established delivery routes and schedules, keeping offices updated on any changes to ensure smooth coordination. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation, including inventory transfers, secure mail, and vehicle usage. Access office locations efficiently and respectfully, minimizing disruptions and following required security protocols. Support branch offices by assisting with the delivery or relocation of displays and other materials. Participate in ongoing meetings and training to stay current on procedures and safety standards. Demonstrate dependable, consistent attendance as a key part of the role. Keep our company vehicle in great shape by staying on top of routine maintenance, including oil changes, annual inspections, and reporting any service needs. Requirements: A valid Pennsylvania driver's license and a clean driving record. Confidence operating light-duty delivery vehicles safely on public roads. Ability to use carts, dollies, and hand trucks safely and efficiently. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Strong route-planning skills to ensure timely, reliable deliveries-with flexibility for the occasional urgent run. Clear communication and great interpersonal skills when working with team members and office staff. Reliability in delivering items accurately to the correct locations and recipients. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer skills, including data entry, internet use, and email.
