THE ESSENTIALS OF SUCCESS The People Success Business Analyst is a key contributor within the People Success Analytics & Insights team. This role owns standard reporting across our core systems and manages reporting requests from PS stakeholders and enterprise partners (e.g., Legal, Compliance). The analyst will ensure data quality, consistency, and timely delivery of people and talent acquisition metrics, enabling leaders to make informed decisions. This position reports to the Manager, People Analytics & Insights, focusing on operational reporting excellence. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Subject Matter Expert on raw data extraction from our People Success Systems, specifically the HRIS system (Success Factors) and Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS) Owner of the People Success Analytics team's shared email inbox to support the Enterprise, specifically People Success, Legal, and Store Ops, on ad-hoc reporting out of People Success data sources Owner of the HRIS reporting module within Success Factors, including maintaining, enhancing, and streamlining a suite of Self-Serve, Scheduled and ad hoc reports across various modules, such as Employee Central, Succession, and Performance Manage and maintain the ATS reporting within ICIMS, including maintaining, enhancing, and streamlining a suite of Self-Serve, Schedule and ad-hoc reports Develop understanding of basic data sets in all People Success data sources, through partnership of system owners and COE teams Document processes, report requirements and storage of data sets within the People Success data sources Ensure data integrity through regular data audits and work to correct data inconsistencies in our systems of record in the appropriate manner Maintain internal data dictionary of People Success metrics, KPIs, calculations, data sets, and data sources Act as liaison between People Success product developers, consultants, and system owners regarding basic knowledge of data sets Support ad-hoc and standard reports for external disclosure requests, such as the ESG Report, legal requests or other external surveys Key member of future projects to merge all data sources and data sets into one centralized Enterprise data warehouse Partner with People Success and Enterprise stakeholders to promote data literacy through various training channels Manage or assist in projects to test or enhance the reporting and analytic tools (i.e. SuccessFactors People Stories) THE ESSENITALS OF SUCCESS 1-3 years' experience in data analytics or reporting Experience consulting with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and summarizing and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical and critical thinking skills High level of attention to detail and curiosity to investigate Strong knowledge across Microsoft Excel and use of common Excel functions (i.e. using logic statements, pivot tables, XLOOKUP) Able to work independently in a dynamic environment, handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, prioritizing appropriately, and responding to issues quickly and creatively with an open and positive attitude PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience. Working knowledge of SuccessFactors reporting (Employee Central, Performance, Compensation, Succession, Talent modules) or similar HCM reporting Working knowledge of ICIMS Applicant Tracking System or similar ATS reporting Working knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau Experience extracting data out of a cloud-based data warehouse, such as Google Cloud Platform #LI-JR1 #LI-Hybrid The pay range for this position is $57,300.00 - $74,900.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
