The Advisor Growth Marketing Strategist designs scalable marketing systems that support advisor client and asset acquisition while delivering measurable performance against defined Field Marketing KPIs, including Marketing-Influenced Advisor Growth and advisor business growth enablement. This role focuses on architecting repeatable marketing programs, performance frameworks, and practical enablement models that increase advisor participation in measurable growth initiatives. The role builds scalable marketing systems that enable advisors to execute net-new growth strategies across the firm while maintaining periodic engagement with Field Marketing consultants and advisors to ensure programs reflect real-world advisor needs and adoption dynamics. Responsibilities1. Architect Marketing Programs Aligned to Advisor Growth Design scalable marketing frameworks that drive measurable improvement in: Lead generation through advisor digital presence Event-driven prospecting and follow-up Outreach effectiveness using marketing tools Activation of centrally developed campaigns through Field partnership Collaborate with Field Marketing consultants and advisors to ensure program design aligns with advisor workflows, client engagement models, and practical execution realities. Define program structure, performance logic, and success metrics directly tied to Field Marketing KPIs. Focus: Build repeatable systems that improve advisor-led growth outcomes. 2. Design Advisor Growth Marketing Enablement Frameworks Develop structured enablement models that increase advisor marketing capability and execution consistency. Create practical frameworks and toolkits that translate growth strategy into clear, actionable guidance, including: Marketing maturity and readiness frameworks Campaign and initiative planning models Digital presence and positioning guidance Growth playbooks aligned to Field-supported initiatives Ensure enablement resources are scalable, easily deployed by Field Marketing consultants, and aligned with firm growth priorities. Focus: Increase advisor adoption, execution quality, and marketing capability across advisor segments. 3. Define Performance & Measurement Models Design measurement frameworks that connect marketing activity to advisor growth outcomes. Responsibilities include: Identifying leading indicators tied to defined growth KPIs Establishing benchmarks and performance targets Partnering with Marketing Operations to ensure reporting visibility, data integration, and effective use of analytics and emerging AI-enabled insights Analyzing pilot results and refining programs based on measurable impact Translating performance data into actionable insights for leadership and Field Marketing teams Focus: Ensure advisor marketing programs are measurable, data-driven, and continuously improving. 4. Pilot, Optimize & Scale Implement a disciplined test-and-scale approach to advisor growth initiatives. Responsibilities include: Launching targeted pilot programs aligned to KPI improvement Measuring advisor engagement and growth outcomes Refining frameworks based on performance data and field feedback Developing scalable rollout playbooks for firm-wide adoption Incorporating feedback from Field Marketing consultants and advisors to improve usability and effectiveness Engage with select advisors and Field Marketing consultants during pilot phases to observe program execution, gather qualitative feedback, and refine frameworks prior to broader rollout. What you have: 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or sales/field enablement Experience designing scalable programs tied to measurable performance KPIs Strong systems thinker with experience supporting distributed sales organizations Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into strategic action Experience developing structured frameworks, playbooks, or enablement models Experience designing integrated growth infrastructure that connects Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), marketing automation platforms, and advisor-facing tools into a unified KPI-driven performance framework supported by analytics platforms such as Tableau and Power BI Familiarity with emerging AI-enabled marketing technologies, data intelligence platforms, and automation solutions that enhance targeting, personalization, and advisor marketing efficiency Success Profile The successful candidate will: Think in systems and scalable models rather than one-off campaigns Translate growth KPIs into structured program design and execution frameworks Balance strategic thinking with practical, field-ready solutions Influence cross-functional partners without direct authority Operate with a disciplined test-and-scale mindset Understand the dynamics of distributed sales organizations Maintain strong awareness of advisor and Field Marketing needs to ensure programs translate effectively into real-world growth execution Ability to engage effectively with advisors and Field Marketing partners to translate strategic program design into solutions that work in real-world advisor environments. Stay informed on emerging marketing technologies, AI-enabled insights, and advanced analytics that enhance advisor marketing effectiveness Have experience in financial services, ideally wealth management (broker/dealer, RIA, or mutual fund distribution) Why work for us?
