Job Description

HR Administrative Assistant We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources department in our Carson location. This role will assist with daily administrative tasks, employee documentation, and onboarding processes while helping maintain accurate employee records. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HR department Assist with new hire onboarding and employee documentation Maintain and update employee records and HR files Enter and manage employee information in HR systems Support timecard collection and recordkeeping when needed Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate HR staff Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information Assist with general office and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality with employee information Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Work Environment: Office-based role in Carson, CA Fast-paced and team-oriented environment Compensation: $19.00 per hour
