Finance & Business Operations Analyst, Sr. The Finance & Business Operations Analyst serves as an analytical bridge between financial data and day-to-day business decisions. They translate operational information into financial insights for key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include financial risk and opportunity management integration, program performance management analyses and recommendations, long range planning forecasts and updates, and ad-hoc business projects across a wide spectrum of Finance & Business Operations subject areas. Ultimately, the analyst ensures that accurate, timely information supports the organization's growth and profitability goals. Key responsibilities include: Analyze program financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to support informed business decisions. Develop and maintain financial forecasts, long-range plans, and budget updates to ensure alignment with program and organizational objectives. Translate operational and program data into clear financial insights for stakeholders across Finance, Program Management, and Operations. Support risk and opportunity management activities by monitoring cost, schedule, and profitability impacts. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate program performance and key metrics to leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support ad-hoc analyses or special projects that drive operational efficiency and business performance. Basic qualifications: Proven analytical experience Experience with advanced data modeling Understanding of corporate financial concepts Strong organizational and project management experience Desired skills: Familiarity with US Department of War contract concepts Basic understanding of earned value management systems (EVMS) Familiarity with profit & loss (P&L) concepts Strong written communication skills Effective communicator Familiarity with working on-site in a classified environment Security clearance statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US citizen for consideration. Clearance level: Secret with investigation or CV date within 5 years. Ability to work remotely: Onsite full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
