Business Execution Consultant 4 Contingent This senior Business Execution Consultant serves as an execution partner to Market Risk and Capital Markets leadership, orchestrating multi-team execution across 57 product areas. The consultant evaluates complex business execution challenges, drives cross-portfolio alignment, and ensures delivery governance across medium-to-large initiatives. The role requires strong strategic judgment, executive-level communication, and the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, Product Owners, Technology, and Risk functions to ensure clear roadmaps, well-managed dependencies, and predictable execution. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Operate as a business consultant and execution partner to senior Capital Markets and Market Risk leaders. Support prioritization, sequencing, and delivery planning for medium-to-large initiatives. Partner with multiple Product Owners to align roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and team capacity across 57 concurrent product areas. Own initiative-level execution tracking, including delivery health, risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies. Use JIRA and related tools to track progress, manage backlogs, and create reporting for deliverables. Produce crisp, executive-ready reporting for senior leaders and governance bodies. Build strong partnerships with Technology, Risk, and Product counterparts. Evaluate complex Business Execution challenges and provide structured recommendations.
