Onsite Program Scheduling And Planning Integrator Seeking an onsite program scheduling and planning integrator. The right candidate will be able to work onsite with program teams, provide exceptional communication skills, able to execute former experience as a schedule and planning subject matter expert and capable of troubleshooting complex schedule issues, and has working experience with administration and integration of multiple large and complex schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule within an MS Project 365 server environment. This position is responsible for: Use of MS Project 365 to include experience with administration of MS project server and/or MS Planner to provide user access control for each schedule project, schedule, and schedule data management functions The creation, maintenance, update and troubleshooting for MS Project schedules managed within the MS Project server environment Managing complex schedule management and integration process for major programs Maintenance, and execution of processes (existing or not) that support the execution and planning of the technical program requirements using MS Project software and other tools like SSI Tools Building schedule visualization products as outputs from multiple complex MS Project schedules using software such as Onepager Managing the execution of a schedule updates and integration process as a routine business execution process Implementing schedule development and management standards and processes used across multiple programs and project offices Reporting schedule management metrics as outputs from the schedule integration process Creating and implementing schedule template files for use across broad programs and projects that allow for consistent tracking of similar events across multiple disconnected schedules, evaluation of integrated schedules using multiple different schedule data filters to produce schedule outputs and export Skills: Weekly status reporting, schedule management, MS Project, MS Planner, Onepager Top Skills Details: Weekly status reporting, schedule management, MS Project, MS Planner, Onepager Additional Skills & Qualifications: Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Minimum education and years of related/relevant work experience required: HS diploma and at least 6 years of related/relevant work experience. Additional skills/experience required: MS Project 365 (supporting Server environment and MS Planner) Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written) Experience overseeing large program schedules and the implementation and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules Experience using Onepager Pro (schedule visualization tool) Experience using SSI Tools for MS Project (schedule integration tool) MS Office suite (especially Excel to support implementation pivot tables, cell equations, and functions) MS SharePoint Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills: Experience using MS Power BI Experience with Atlassian JIRA and workflows Kidasa Milestones Knowledge of Primavera P6 Experience Level: Intermediate Level Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Rockville, MD. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
