Senior Proposal Specialist Wade Trim's team of 20+ marketing professionals support business development for four client market segments - Water; Community Design; Industrial, Commercial, and Energy; and Transportation. We are looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist to join our Marketing Team. Typical responsibilities include: Lead development of proposals and presentations for pursuit in all market segments in Florida, Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina. Facilitate pursuit teams through color reviews, develop qualifications, edit technical approaches, and incorporate key sales messages throughout proposals. Support multiple pursuit efforts concurrently. Maintain established quality standards. Manage proposal production schedule and on-time delivery of compliant proposals. Collaborate with engineers, planners, graphic designers, and other marketing professionals to deliver winning proposals and presentations. Lead teams in shortlist presentation development and delivery. Support maintenance of key marketing information systems through consistent proposal closeout. Foster use of our Grow Business sales process throughout the organization. Maintain excellent client relations. Maintain a safe working environment. Education: Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Communications or Marketing Skills/Experience: 10+ years of experience Excellent organizational skills to accommodate multiple tasks simultaneously, work is undertaken in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication skills when dealing with all individuals at all levels. Strong writing skills as well as excellent creative skills to enhance the graphic presentation of materials. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Unanet CRM, Joist AI, and Open Asset desired. About Wade Trim: Wade Trim is committed to maximizing the value of infrastructure investments.
