HR Generalist

HR Generalist AMIRI is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations across corporate and retail. This role will play a critical part in supporting employee experience, compliance, talent operations, and organizational growth within a luxury fashion environment. Job Responsibilities and Duties Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters. Coordinate onboarding and ensure a seamless new hire experience. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts for corporate and/or retail roles. Support payroll coordination and benefits/leave of absence administration. Support performance review cycles and talent development initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance employee experience. Support employee relations initiatives and assist with conflict resolution and investigations as needed. Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbooks. Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 35+ years of HR experience, preferably within fashion, retail, or luxury industries. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Experience supporting retail populations is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. High level of discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office. $75,000 - $85,000 a year Full package health benefits, 401(k), paid vacation.
