As a Restaurant Assistant Leadership Role, you will be an integral part of our restaurant's success. You will play a crucial part in leading your team, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to boost sales and elevate customer satisfaction. Job Functions: Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through diligent maintenance and adherence to food safety standards. Drive sales through effective ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation. Assist the Restaurant Manager in executing tasks, managing schedules, maintaining cash integrity, and completing reports. Work collaboratively with the team to prepare and package customer orders promptly to meet and exceed service expectations. Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Support the Restaurant Manager with talent acquisition efforts to build a strong team. Experience: Availability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. 1+ years of restaurant management experience. 1+ years of managing operations with annual sales exceeding $1 million. Experience in budget management and understanding P&L statements. 1+ years in supervising and training a team of 5-10+ employees. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel. Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Skills and Demands: Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a positive rapport with guests. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physical requirements include regular talking, hearing, standing, walking, bending, and frequent lifting/moving of items over 75 pounds.
