Job Description

As a Senior Contracts Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with federal and state contracts. Your expertise will significantly enhance our organization's operational integrity and efficiency. Join us in making a positive impact! Key Responsibilities: Lead the tracking and management of compliance across all areas outlined in contracts and vendor agreements. Compile and present comprehensive compliance reports and analytics to clients, project teams, and corporate stakeholders. Oversee monitoring and reporting on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal delivery standards. Facilitate meetings with subcontractors, vendors, and third-party auditors to maintain high compliance standards. Develop and maintain business continuity, disaster recovery, and document archiving reports. Supervise external audits and quality assurance audits conducted by vendors. Provide regular updates on compliance status to project management teams. Ensure that staffing, operations, and quality management plans are systematically updated and aligned with current needs. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in contract management. Advanced degrees or professional designations are preferred. 5+ years of experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements is required. Experience with state appeals processes (IDRE) is a plus. Proven experience supporting proposal development, including RFP analysis and compliance reviews. Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in contract management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
