Job Description

We are seeking experienced Corporate Event Travel Directors for in-person corporate meetings and events. If you have a track record as a Travel Director and can provide industry references, we encourage you to apply! Key Responsibilities: Ensure outstanding client and customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional on-site service. Support event planners with all aspects of event management during on-site activities. Oversee the registration desk, including name badge printing and attendee management to ensure a smooth check-in experience. Manage the Banquet Event Order and coordinate food and beverage logistics effectively. Review the accommodations list, overseeing check-ins and check-outs to guarantee guest satisfaction. Coordinate ground transportation for attendees. Handle on-site printing and manage proper signage and event collateral. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and attendees to enhance the event experience. Assist in event production activities, including audio/visual support, expo management, and breakout session facilitation. Respond to any ad hoc requests from the event planner to ensure a seamless event flow. Please prepare a professional resume for review and be ready for a video conference interview!
