Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionJoin our team as a General Production Worker, where you will operate plastic injection molding presses, finish and trim parts, ensure parts meet quality standards, and assemble the final product. You will be responsible for running machines, removing finished parts, conducting basic cosmetic inspections, clipping/deburring edges, labeling, packaging, boxing, and assembling parts using electric screwdrivers.Responsibilities Operate plastic injection molding presses. Finish and trim parts to meet specifications and quality standards. Assemble final products and ensure quality assurance. Run machines and remove finished parts. Conduct basic cosmetic inspections and clip/deburr edges. Label, package, and box assembled parts using electric screwdrivers. Essential Skills Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Attention to detail. Willingness to work in multiple areas. Entry-level position with no previous experience required. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience is a plus. Experience using basic hand tools is beneficial. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexibility and willingness to be trained at multiple stations. While the shop can be loud due to machinery, the team fosters a strong safety culture. Be prepared for a strong smell of processed plastic and higher temperatures due to the nature of the work.
