About Our Client Our client is a large-scale contract manufacturer that prides themselves on their rigorous quality standards, customer service, and being able to machine nearly any part a customer can bring their way. They're looking to continue their growth in their industry and are looking for a Process Engineer to identify machining bottlenecks, improve process flow, and maintain the excellent reputation they've built for themselves. Job Description Develop and optimize CNC manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production workflows. Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement. Implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising product quality. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all processes. Maintain and upgrade CNC equipment to meet production demands. Train team members on new processes and equipment usage. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during production. The Successful Applicant A successful Process Engineer should have: A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Strong knowledge of CNC machines and manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in relevant software for process design and analysis.
