Are you ready to take your project management skills to the next level? Join our innovative team as an Enterprise Programs Project Leader, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving multiple concurrent projects that align with our strategic initiatives. In this exciting position, you'll coordinate daily activities across diverse stakeholders and functions, ensuring we adhere to our enterprise program management office (ePMO) standards, processes, and business rules. Your exceptional collaborative skills and accountability will be essential as you keep track of project progress and provide regular updates to leadership. Contribute to meeting milestones, conducting gate reviews, and ensuring we meet governance requirements for successful and timely project delivery throughout the lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Project Management Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules that outline resource tasks leading to successful project outcomes. Monitor project progress by managing scope, timeline, dependencies, risks, issues, and quality through proactive mitigation and resolution efforts. Lead project teams to achieve their goals, facilitating milestone meetings and overseeing the gate process. Conduct change management activities for assigned projects to ensure readiness, adoption, and realization of business value. Ensure project timelines, scope, and deliverables are met while aligning with overall project objectives and desired business outcomes. Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment, coordination, and successful project execution. Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance future ePMO project delivery. Governance & Reporting Provide clear and accurate project status updates to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure compliance with ePMO standards, processes, and governance requirements while maintaining consistency and quality control. Promote transparency and accountability across projects through effective reporting and communication practices. Required Skills / Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. 4-6 years of project management experience. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Proven ability to influence and lead through collaboration in matrixed environments. Excellent organizational, communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors. PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or CAPM certification is a plus. Occasional travel may be required for onsite project or team meetings. The expected hiring range for this position is $105,600 - $125,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
