The Neighborhood (Unit) Clerk performs general clerical and secretarial duties necessary for the efficient operation of the skilled nursing neighborhood. The role is responsible for assisting visitors and family members, arranging doctor appointments and transportation, managing and ordering supplies, and assisting with schedules and indirect resident care as needed. Requirements for the Neighborhood (Unit) Clerk: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Nurse Aide Certification a plus. Experience in Senior Living preferred. Possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
