Job Description Job Summary: The Lead Workday Integrations Specialist will design, develop, and manage integrations between Workday and various enterprise systems. This critical role requires a comprehensive understanding of Workday integration tools alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and execution of Workday integrations using advanced tools like Workday Studio, EIB, PECI, and Workday Web Services. Oversee a team of Workday developers, available 24/5, supporting multiple global integrations across core HCM, benefits, time & attendance, and payroll projects. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to capture integration requirements and convert them into technical specifications. Develop, test, and deploy integration solutions ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout interconnected systems. Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes, resolving any issues in a timely manner. Maintain thorough documentation of integration processes, including data mapping, flow, and procedural outlines. Provide training and support to internal teams on Workday integrations and related processes. Stay informed about Workday updates and new integration features, suggesting enhancements when applicable. Lead integration projects to ensure completion within designated timelines and scope. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday integrations or related enterprise software. Strong proficiency with Workday integration tools and technologies. Experience with APIs, PECI, XML, and data transformation techniques. Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Capacity to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to lead projects and effectively mentor team members. Preferred Qualifications: Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Integration Certification). Experience in integrating HR or finance systems. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. Flexible Work Schedule: This position offers flexibility with remote work options up to three days a week while maintaining a core hour schedule. You can adjust your start and stop times as long as you operate within the core hours of 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
