We are seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead a diverse and geographically distributed team focused on healthcare reimbursement, patient accounting, and revenue cycle management (RCM). In this pivotal role, you will shape our strategic vision, oversee the development and delivery of products, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate an AI-driven approach throughout the product lifecycle. This leadership position is essential for driving innovation and enhancing healthcare financial performance within the health technology sector. Job Responsibilities Manage a large-scale cloud service that processes billions of transactions. Provide leadership, direction, and strategic guidance for a team of engineers and architects. Create and prioritize a roadmap of product features and operational requirements. Ensure the timely delivery of roadmap commitments with a focus on high quality. Support Task Order development for our Federal customers. Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to manage cross-organizational dependencies. Regularly update executive management on project statuses. Monitor cloud service health and proactively address potential issues to maintain reliability. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field. Proven experience leading and developing software engineering teams. Experience in creating commercially available multi-tenant cloud services. Thorough understanding of cloud-native architectures. Ability to write clear documentation outlining product roadmaps and engineering plans. US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of how AI can enhance product development and support processes. Experience with patient accounting products. Responsibilities As a leader in the software engineering division, you will leverage your expertise in software architecture to manage tasks related to the development, debugging, and design of software applications, operating systems, and databases, according to established specifications. You will also foster enhancements within existing architectures and propose improvements. Disclaimer: Some US customer-facing roles may require compliance with health mandates. Compensation Range: USD $118,300 to $251,600 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
