Your key responsibilities In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting client engagements. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating daily interactions with clients. Reviewing work submitted by staff members. Ensuring timely delivery of services to meet client deadlines. Developing and mentoring internal team members. Managing engagement economics effectively. Staying updated on trends and legislation affecting our clients. Skills and attributes for success Ability to understand and effectively apply complex commercial real and personal property tax concepts. Experience in developing and delivering responsive and high-quality tax planning services. Capable of identifying tax planning opportunities and other special services for clients. Adept at preparing effective tax strategies and reaching appropriate conclusions for clients. To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent in business or industry. CPA or JD credentials. Comprehensive knowledge of state and local taxation. Strong managerial, organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills. A willingness to travel as necessary and thrive in a balanced hybrid environment. Ideally, you'll also have A demonstrated history in a professional services environment. Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues. Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
