Job Overview Join Oracle as a Senior Strategic Business Value Architect, specializing in healthcare. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep expertise in business transformation and financial outcomes to lead large-scale, transformative projects across healthcare, payer, and life sciences sectors. Collaborating closely with senior executives—including CEOs, CFOs, and CIOs—you will articulate how Oracle’s comprehensive portfolio can drive measurable value and substantial returns on investment. Key Responsibilities Strategic Value & Executive Alignment: Act as the principal business sponsor for Oracle’s most critical healthcare initiatives, working in concert with the Field CTO and Strategic Business Development to implement a unified strategy. Financial Modeling: Develop ROI, TCO, and value hypothesis assessments to facilitate high-level discussions about business transformation, cost efficiency, and revenue enhancement. Customer Partnership: Collaborate with customer executives to align Oracle solutions with quantifiable business outcomes, converting technology investments into significant financial benefits, such as improving revenue cycle performance. Large-Scale Pursuit & Deal Strategy: Serve as the economic authority in high-stakes, multi-faceted deals, including complex RFPs and outcome-based contracts. Work in close coordination with the Field CTO and Strategic Business Development to create value hypotheses tailored to executive personas. Generate compelling business cases and ROI models that translate into actionable narratives for decision-makers. Engage with sales leadership to establish deal structures, pricing models, and investment approaches. Deliver impactful presentations to executives and steering committees, ensuring clear and defensible storytelling around value propositions. One Oracle Value Architecture & Portfolio Integration: Integrate Oracle’s offerings into cohesive value architectures, ensuring alignment with products and eliminating siloed approaches. Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent value messaging throughout pursuits and proposals. Defining Industry Economics & Outcomes: Lead the identification and development of industry-specific KPIs and outcome metrics. Create frameworks that enable clients to monitor realized value post-implementation. Support frameworks for outcome-based contracting and value realization roadmaps. Ecosystem Engagement: Partner with Oracle Consulting to drive innovation programs linked to measurable outcomes. Engage with industry partners to weave partner capabilities into comprehensive value propositions. Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in roles focused on business transformation and value engineering in healthcare-related environments. Proven track record of engaging at the executive and board level, influencing significant investment decisions. Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare provider economics, clinical, financial, and operational drivers. Ability to translate technology impacts into measurable financial outcomes. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Oracle's healthcare and AI platforms. Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation. Understanding of outcome-based commercial models.
