Job Description Join our dynamic Analytics Center of Excellence as a Senior Principal Consultant on the HDI Implementation team, where you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier analytics and data warehousing solutions for our clients. In this position, you will leverage your expertise in the Health Data Intelligence platform, along with essential solutions like Health Data Warehouse, Claims Analytics, and Determinants of Health. You will engage with clients to ensure they fully understand and can utilize the solutions effectively before transitioning them to support. Your responsibilities will include leading the design and implementation of solutions while ensuring they meet high quality standards within set timelines and budgets. You will mentor and guide other consultants, fostering a collaborative environment, and consult with management to ensure client satisfaction. We are looking for individuals with 6-8 years of relevant experience, including 3-4 years in a consulting capacity, who have a solid educational background or equivalent experience. Key Responsibilities Independently deliver high-quality outcomes for client engagements. Execute diverse and complex tasks that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products effectively. Utilize Oracle methodologies and best practices to drive project success. Provide both functional and technical solutions for moderately complex customer projects. Lead solution design and implementation to create integrated software solutions on time and within budget. Act as a project team leader, offering coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities. Consult effectively with client management and engage in business development initiatives. Develop and manage comprehensive solutions for moderately complex projects. Range and Benefits: The salary range for this position is between $87,000 and $178,100 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
