As a Lead Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our development teams and various Medical Informatics departments. We seek a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge in medical imaging, clinical workflows, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. In this dynamic role, you will excel in a multi-vendor environment and be required to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Your outstanding communication skills will be essential as you engage with stakeholders, from engineering and marketing to end-users and external vendors, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Join our flexible environment that fosters creativity and collaboration. Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical authority for projects across various Synapse product lines. Oversee documentation regarding interoperability within Fujifilm and its implications. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and enhance Intranet resources. Generate clear and concise feature requests for new product definitions. Collaborate with development teams on new features, enhancements, and testing processes. Assist marketing teams in delineating product specifications and requirements. Design and develop serviceability tools to streamline deployment and troubleshooting. Plan and implement Synapse MI software solutions in enterprise-level settings. Architect and troubleshoot third-party hardware and software systems, including VMware and cloud platforms. Manage networking issues, load balancers, and content switching appliances. Lead pioneering deployments and address security and vulnerability challenges. Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts across departments and assist in resolving large-scale issues. Participate in team meetings and internal projects contributing to overall success. Mentor team members and transfer knowledge to foster professional growth. Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while adhering to regulatory compliance standards. Stay updated on the latest technologies in Synapse and IT. Demonstrate excellent project leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Propose and test technological enhancements to optimize processes and platforms. Lead and manage project resources as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of experience with Synapse products (PACS, EIS, Cardiovascular, etc.) and third-party infrastructure deployments. Expertise in VMware solutions, Oracle technologies, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong understanding of clinical data transfer protocols such as DICOM and HL7. Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with development teams. Experience in creating reliable documentation and managing enterprise-level deployments. Certifications in relevant fields are required. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform tasks including sitting, using hands, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
