About the Role We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee the financial aspects of specific product lines (including Create+, CourtLink, and others) and support the Global Product Organization with expense management. In this role, you will advise decision-makers by offering insights and actionable recommendations. Your responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and providing clarity on business performance drivers and potential outcomes. You will also assist in generating innovative capital reporting, utilizing AI and internal tools to impart valuable insights into capital expenditures. Key Responsibilities: Management Reporting: Deliver timely and actionable financial recommendations based on insights into future performance scenarios. Drive financial performance commentary with additional business context. Strategic and Tactical Planning: Play a pivotal role in planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Advise on key assumptions, trade-offs, and business opportunities while providing insight into revenue and cost drivers. Investment Management: Support the creation of capital reporting to monitor spending on initiatives and ensure funded projects remain on track. Internal Control: Contribute insights for annual audits and ensure compliance with internal controls, maintaining data integrity. Relationship Building: Cultivate excellent relationships with key partners, including Product Leaders and Finance Management, to enhance collaboration. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a financial role, with a solid understanding of P&L metrics within a global organization. Financial Degree, MBA, or advanced business qualification with in-depth knowledge of financial and management accounting. Proven track record of delivering results in an international setting, with awareness of cultural and legal differences. A strong curiosity for AI-powered insights and a proactive attitude towards process improvement. Expertise in financial technical accounting standards and management techniques. Thorough understanding of relevant financial processes, metrics, and dynamics. Advanced Excel skills, intermediate SQL query writing, and proficiency in PowerPoint. Familiarity with Hyperion and PeopleSoft (or similar systems) is preferred. Experience in LexisNexis or comparable industries is a plus.
