Lead Program Manager - Network Development

Join Our Team as a Lead Program Manager in Network Development! Are you passionate about networking and dedicated to delivering top-notch solutions to customers? The OCI's Network Capacity team plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our global cloud network capacity, and we are looking for an experienced Program Manager to enhance our efforts. In this role, you will engage directly with customers to understand their needs and validate network solutions designed specifically for them. As a Program Manager, you will utilize your expertise in data analytics to initiate network augment processes and drive tailored customer solutions. You will support clients across the entire spectrum of our global cloud network, including backbone, internet, metro/DWDM, virtualized capacity, and various data center fabrics. Your deep understanding of network traffic across hierarchical layers will be essential for success in this role. In addition, you will forecast hardware demands and collaborate with both external customers and internal teams to validate network requirements. Your insights will be crucial as you work alongside our development and data science teams to enhance our reports, dashboards, forecasts, and models for managing capacity. Key Responsibilities: Utilize your networking experience, especially in cloud networks, to drive effective solutions. Analyze various network layers and routing to ensure optimal connectivity. Manage backbone and internet connections across regions, as well as metro and data center fabrics. Collaborate with customers to understand their networking requirements and to facilitate effective solutions. Review and approve customer requests and validate network capabilities to meet demand. Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage tasks and document outcomes efficiently. Why Join Us?
