Come join our Kuehne + Nagel team as a Warehouse Business Analyst!How you create impactAnalyze monthly production forecasts and distribute details to the management team to support labor planning.Obtain operational data from warehouse and production management systems to support the reporting of internal and customer KPI's.Analyze operational data to determine trends and areas of focus for the management team to address to improve the operation.Support continuous improvement activities through the mining of data to provide baseline information and the ongoing reporting of improvement trends.Compile requested information needed by operational support functions.Provide the management team with the data necessary to support the monthly customer invoicing process.Support the management team by providing required data needed for the annual P&L budgeting and monthly revenue forecasts.Assist with conversion to a new AS400 WMS and gain advanced knowledge in its operation for reporting needs.What we would like you to bringHigh School Diploma or Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Analytics preferred1 year experience with a warehouse management system(SAP, Blue Yonder...)2-3 years of relevant experience in analysisProficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS AccessExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skillsExcellent written/oral communication skills as wells as presentation and team facilitation skillsWorking Environment: Office, warehouse and/or manufacturing environmentDemonstrates strong networking and interpersonal skills and professionalism to deal internal business, clients and outside vendorsDemonstrates ability developing and using relationships to facilitate accomplishment of goalsMust have good problem solving skills and be able to quickly identify, define and resolve problemsWhat's in it for youThere has never been a better time to work in logistics.
