Personal Lines Account Manager - Entertainment Sector

Your Impact: Retain and grow a dedicated book of business focused on entertainment clients and business management firms. Build and nurture constructive relationships with clients by consistently meeting and exceeding their expectations. Proactively service and retain existing accounts to mitigate client risk and exposure. Maintain accurate records of all service, marketing, and policy communications with clients and insurance carriers. Support Producers by assisting with proposals, follow-ups, and other tasks to help achieve agency business goals. Respond promptly to client inquiries, service requests, and claims issues within established timelines. Conduct thorough coverage analyses and collaborate with other departments as needed, ensuring clients are informed of any coverage gaps and providing quotations for additional protections. Market, analyze, negotiate, and prepare carrier renewals, presenting clients with alternative renewal options. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years' experience in Private Client insurance, with a valid state-issued P&C license. Extensive knowledge of Private Client underwriting, coverage options, rate analysis, and claims reporting. A strong ability to clearly communicate insurance products and plans to both clients and underwriters.
