Technical Specialist 4

Job Summary: The Technical Specialist 4 role requires a highly experienced Broadcom GEN enterprise data modeler and senior GEN applications developer. The specialist will support and enhance actuarial, rating, and payment-related components within the Rates & Payments system, working with GEN developers, business analysts, DBAs, and modernization staff. This role involves business process analysis, GEN model development, and implementation of GEN-based solutions across batch and online components. Location:Columbus, Ohio, United States/nWashington, District of Columbia, United States Responsibilities: - Interpreting business requirements. - Designing GEN action diagrams. - Developing and testing server procedures. - Supporting reporting tools (Reports Composer, SOA Composer, Crystal Reports). - Contributing to modernization efforts involving Windows, Oracle, and distributed batch processing. - Diagnosing complex issues and supporting production operations. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and accuracy.
