Key Responsibilities: Coaching and developing Restaurant Managers to excel in managing their restaurants, including financial operations, staffing, safety, and compliance. Ensuring effective communication of company goals and expectations to all Team Members. Leading recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development of the management team. Creating an urgent environment focused on guest satisfaction and addressing feedback promptly. Implementing systems to track reporting and ensure compliance with operational guidelines. Resolving issues effectively and implementing preventative measures for recurring problems. Analyzing competition and opportunities to enhance business performance and implement marketing initiatives. Recognizing top performers and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. This role offers flexible hours but requires availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Required Skills: Minimum FIVE YEARS of leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality management. Strong understanding of financial metrics and the ability to drive positive changes in performance. Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Integrity, professionalism, and a positive leadership influence. Talent for identifying and retaining skilled leaders and managers. Good time-management and problem-solving abilities.
