Key Responsibilities: Coaching and developing Restaurant Managers to excel in managing their restaurants, including financial operations, staffing, safety, and compliance. Ensuring effective communication of company goals and expectations to all Team Members. Leading recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development of the management team. Creating an urgent environment focused on guest satisfaction and addressing feedback promptly. Implementing systems to track reporting and ensure compliance with operational guidelines. Resolving issues effectively and implementing preventative measures for recurring problems. Analyzing competition and opportunities to enhance business performance and implement marketing initiatives. Recognizing top performers and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Required Skills: Minimum FIVE YEARS of leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality management.
