In this Director of Rehabilitation role, you'll: Oversee day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department, including PT, OT, and SLP services. Provide strong leadership to the therapy team; managing schedules, productivity, caseloads, staff development, performance evaluations, and compliance with federal/state regulations and PDPM guidelines. Develop, implement, and evaluate rehab programs and services to ensure clinical excellence, high-quality care, and positive resident outcomes. Act as a liaison between therapy, facility administration, nursing, medical staff, and external partners while maintaining accurate documentation.
