About Our Team The Enterprise Solutions & Experience (ESE) organization, led by our CIO, spearheads UKG's enterprise transformation. The Value Management Office (VMO), under the guidance of the VP of IT Strategy & Transformation, focuses on ensuring that every initiative realizes measurable business benefits. Value Realization Leaders (VRLs) play a vital role in this initiative, orchestrating strategy, execution, and adoption across ESE and emphasizing the delivery of business value. About the Role We are on the lookout for a dedicated Value Realization Leader to enhance our ESE team. In this essential position, you will guarantee that every initiative achieves significant business results, accelerates ROI, bolsters strategic alignment, and drives enterprise-wide adoption. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee the value delivery lifecycle, and operate as a trusted advisor to executives and initiative sponsors. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Execution & Alignment: Transform enterprise and ESE product strategies into actionable roadmaps that are focused on outcomes and aligned with business goals. Value Realization & Impact Tracking: Manage the complete value delivery lifecycle for projects and programs, from ideation to post-launch analysis. Set clear KPIs that link to business outcomes such as revenue and customer experience. Orchestration & Execution Excellence: Supervise the project and program portfolio, ensuring resources are dedicated to the most valuable initiatives. Address delivery risks proactively. Advisory & Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, employing structured problem-solving techniques to enhance decision-making. Change Leadership & Talent Development: Guide the adoption of new processes and capabilities within the organization, nurturing a sustained impact beyond project completion. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy execution, or transformation leadership roles. Proven success in delivering measurable business results within cross-functional teams. Strong business and technical knowledge, capable of navigating both high-level executive discussions and detailed operational specifics. Experience with enterprise business applications (ERP, CRM, Data & Analytics, HRIS). Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field. Familiarity with large-scale system architecture and Lean Portfolio Management. Knowledge of Agile practices (SAFe, Scrum) and digital employee experience initiatives. Certifications like PMP or Agile Coach experience is a plus.
